Park Rules
All rent must be paid in advance or nightly rates go into effect the 3rd day past due. Rents more than 10 days past due and guests will be asked to leave the park with no refunds. No refunds for Early Departure, plus loss of any site deposit.
We require an electric deposit of $125.00 upon arriving on your monthly site. Metered sites will be read and paid for at the time the rent is due.
The electric rate ? cents per kw will be posted. (This may change and is the same rate that FPL of Northwest FL charges monthly), Please confirm your meter reading at the time of departure.
Electric deposit will be refunded back to you upon departure of your monthly site.
Site must be fully cleaned at the time of your departure and all charges including electric are paid up to date at the time of your departure.
The Cash deposit will be sent back to you by mail in check form. Your monthly rate will be charged for the time you are at the park, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Pets: - Pet owners are required to sign the pet policy. (2 pets maximum per site) No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls or German Shepherds allowed unless they are service dogs. You Must Keep Your Dog On A Leash. Also, You must clean up their waste.
Site Appearance- Please keep site clean No cigarette butts, trash or trash cans or pet deposits should be left on sites.
No clothing lines. We do not allow any freestanding tents, canopies or gazebos. Only RV Awnings pre-attached to your RV.
No pallets, sheds, or appliances are allowed outside including AC s' in windows or refrigerators/freezers.
All work done on vehicles must have prior approval by management. Non-operative vehicles are prohibited in the park. Vehicles must have current registrations.
Sites are for your RV and up to two vehicles without parking on the grass. Only 2 vehicles (2 cars, c and truck, car/truck & utility trailer. Additional parking at a fee is available.
